1. Introduction
Welcome to the WPBotTracker.com Affiliate Program. By signing up as an affiliate and participating in our program, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before joining the program.
2. Enrollment in the Affiliate Program
To begin the enrollment process, you must submit a complete and accurate affiliate application. We will evaluate your application and notify you of your acceptance or rejection. We may reject your application if we determine (in our sole discretion) that your site is unsuitable for our program.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities
i. Promotion
As an affiliate, you agree to actively promote WPBotTracker.com using the marketing materials provided. You will ensure that all promotional activities are professional, ethical, and in compliance with applicable laws.
ii. Accurate Representation
You must accurately represent WPBotTracker.com and its services. Misrepresentation or false advertising is strictly prohibited.
iii. Compliance with Laws
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to data protection and privacy laws.
4. Commission
i. Commission Rate
Affiliates will earn a commission of 30% on all qualifying sales generated through their affiliate links.
ii. Qualifying Sales
A sale is considered a qualifying sale if it is completed through your affiliate link and the customer does not request a refund within the refund period specified by WPBotTracker.com. If a paid order is canceled and fully refunded, the corresponding affiliate commission will also be canceled.
iii. Cookie Duration
Affiliate tracking cookies are valid for 60 days. If a user clicks your affiliate link, you will receive credit for any qualifying purchase made within this 60-day period, provided your cookie is still active.
iv. Attribution Model (Last Click)
The Affiliate Program follows a last click attribution model. This means the affiliate whose link was last clicked before the purchase will receive the commission for that sale.
v. Minimum Payout
The minimum payout threshold is $100. Commissions will only be paid out once the affiliate has accumulated at least $100 in commission.
vi. Payment Schedule
Commissions will be calculated at the end of each month and paid within 15 days of the end of the month in which the qualifying sale was made.
5. Payment Methods
Affiliates can choose to receive their commissions via the following payment methods:
- PayPal (International)
- USDT (International)
- UPI (India)
Affiliates must provide accurate payment details to receive their commissions. Affiliates details must match exactly with payment details; if found suspicious, they will be asked for document verification. If they fail to deliver the required documents, commission payment will be put on hold.
6. Term and Termination
i. Term
The term of this Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your application and will continue unless terminated.
ii. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination.
iii. Effects of Termination
Upon termination of this Agreement, you will immediately cease all use of our promotional materials and remove all links to WPBotTracker.com from your site. Any commissions earned up to the date of termination will be paid in accordance with the payment schedule.
7. Limited License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use our logos, trade names, trademarks, and similar identifying material solely for the purpose of promoting WPBotTracker.com. You may not alter, modify, or change these materials in any way.
8. Limitation of Liability
WPBotTracker.com will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this Agreement or the Affiliate Program.
9. Disclaimers
We make no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the Affiliate Program or any products sold through the program. In addition, we make no representation that the operation of WPBotTracker.com will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles.
11. Modifications to Terms
We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement at any time at our sole discretion. You will be notified of such changes, and your continued participation in the Affiliate Program will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.
12. Miscellaneous
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
By signing up and participating in the WPBotTracker.com Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
